Notes on methodology:
• Funder MOIC = Funder_Payment ÷ Acquisition_Spend. Funder_Payment is the funder's fee share of gross referral revenue (35–45% per agreement). Acquisition_Spend is the capital the funder deployed to acquire cases. Values use the blended portfolio funder rate (46.5%); replace with exact Calc_Fees!K per-batch values for precise campaign figures.
• LACSA (3.88×) and Paraquat (3.67×) lead — both benefit from high per-case settlement values driving a large fee pool relative to their acquisition cost.
• AFFF (2.69×) is the strongest single-funder campaign above target, with a compact acquisition cost and solid settlement values.
• Camp Lejeune (2.07×) and Roundup (2.17×) fall below the 2.5× target — higher acquisition costs relative to the fee share received. Monitor as cases mature.
• Roblox (1.37×) is the weakest — lower settlement values and elevated late fallout compress the funder's fee share. Still above 1.0× (capital is recovered with a return).
